Only message people who have opted in to hear from you. Keep a record of how and when each contact gave consent, and honour opt-outs promptly. Contacts must always be able to stop your messages.
Do not use WBIZ to send:
Your account runs on Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API. You agree to follow WhatsApp's Business Policy, Commerce Policy, and messaging quality guidelines at all times. Meta can rate-limit or restrict numbers that produce poor quality signals.
Do not try to break, overload, or reverse engineer the Services, probe them for weaknesses without permission, or use them to store or spread malware.
If you break this policy we may limit, suspend, or close your account, with or without notice depending on how serious the issue is. Our Terms have more.
